The pet clinic and the residence are located in the same premises and speak the similar architectural vocabulary as one another. The house looks over an existing landscaped area and swimming pool. The C shaped plan is zoned in such a way that the private spaces house on the first floor where as the common areas welcome the users on the ground floor. The process of design and the built Mass has a conversation with the site where they lead to a positive conclusion of not having to removes single tree on site. The pet clinic plan snakes through the landscape and eventually wraps around an existing tree around which the main activities are located.
