The design intervention is over 5 acres with 3.5 acres alloted for the residential development and 1.5 acres alloted for the commercial development. The apartment complex has been envisioned around a central green space having a club house and placed over the parking area which is a podium. The commercial building is also a podium tower structure which has a retail space on the podium zone and offices in the tower.
