Maple town is a housing layout adjacent to a creek. There are two types of units designed within the layout. – unit A – Which is a 300 sq yard plot and – unit B – a 200 sq yard plot . The design concept was to develop a central green spine where roads merge into it through a cul-de-sac. This ensures that almost every house has a access to the central green space and the club house.
